Activity 1: Presentation

At the start of the lesson, Students present their drawing in front of the class, describing the features in reference to the building

Activity 2: Revise

Do 3-2-1 about the visit: three things I learnt, two things that surprised me , one question I still have

Students share with a partner, then a few share with the class

Activity 3: Writing 

Students write a short paragraph answering the question "Why is Gough Whitlam an important person in Australian history?", using at least two pieces evidence from the visit.
